This series of lessons on personal growth was inspired by the TV show Lovecraft Country. In the lessons that follow, we will explore the story of each of the three lead black woman characters - Ruby, Hippolyta and Letitia. Each woman goes through a trial or journey that forces her to grow into a different version of herself.

These women's stories are not just entertaining - they mirror our own stories of growth and transformation. By examining them, we will explore what they have to teach us about releasing the identities that others have created for us and embracing our true selves as defined by us.
